Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning
The Deluxe Cleaning is dedicated to thoroughly cleaning your home from top to bottom, focusing on any build up in the bathroom and kitchen.
From Top to Bottom:

General House Cleaning
The other type of One-Time Cleaning is our Basic GENERAL HOUSE CLEANING!
We will focus most of our time and energy on the basics rather than hand-cleaning all those
high and low areas and hard to reach places. With Our BASIC GENERAL CLEANING we focus
on the bathrooms, the floors, the kitchen and general dusting like table tops through- out the house.
The General Cleaning includes:
Scrubbing all the showers, the tubs, the toilets and the sinks, we wipe down all the
countertops and the appliances and inside the microwave (not the oven), we’ll clean the
mirrors and glass, and of course dust. We also sweep and mop all bare
floors and vacuum all the carpets. We just won’t have the time to focus on all of the hand
washing and vacuuming of the high and low areas and all the woodwork and trim.
On Going Maintenance Cleaning
This is what most of our clients love – our ongoing maintenance cleanings. With bi-weekly,
weekly and monthly schedules you’ll never feel overwhelmed again about your home’s mess.
We match you up with one cleaner and they are then assigned to your home. You will have a
set day we come with either a morning or afternoon start time. Maintenance cleanings are
similar to our general cleaning just with more focus on individual specialized attention from
your assigned cleaner.
Vacation Rental Cleaning
Vacation rental cleanings, also known as “End of Lease” cleanings, are a specialized service we
can offer to our local property managers or vacation homes that are rented out consistently
year round.
Vacation rental cleanings are unique, and we would love to work with you whenever possible.

Your vacation rental cleaning requires more detailed cleanings than a regular ongoing house
cleaning. With additional processes required for cleaning and disinfecting between your
guests who are traveling we understand the need to have a carefully trained staff to perform
the cleanings safely for both themselves and your guests. We utilize a 60-point checklist for
our vacation rental turnovers including a High Touch Point Disinfecting.
We understand the difficulties that can arise when rental property homeowners live out of
town. That is why we focus on keeping an open line of communication between us and the
homeowners.
Our unique and thorough checklist includes but is not limited to:

more regular basis for you to remain competitive in the vacation rental market.
